Book Launch
Houston is a city built on grit, and so am I.
Introducing Six Figure Chicks: Houston Vol. 3, featuring stories from successful businesswomen around Houston. These stories feature women from all walks of life – engineers, accountants, lawyers, business owners – and how they got to where they are.
This isn’t just another book; it’s an intimate look at the “Time For Change” moments that defined my life. I’m pulling back the curtain on the resilience required to thrive through personal shifts and professional pivots.
As part of my chapter, I’m also releasing a free resource to women looking for techniques for better time management and prioritization.
Time For Change
Vision Boarding & Goal Prioritization
When everything is important, nothing is!
The ADD Method is a simple three-step process to help you accomplish your goals. The steps are: Assess, Design, Do.
First, assess what the situation is and what the goal may be. Next, design how to get from A to B. Lastly, create a plan and execute!
For purposes of a personal analysis of prioritization before you begin crafting a vision board and defining goals, we will take the following steps:
Assess the life you have and the life you want.
Design a path to calm the chaos.
Do the plan with the right resources.
Time For Change
The ROI: Return on INTEGRITY™ SWOT Analysis
For purposes of a professional or business analysis, we will take the following steps:
Assess what your professional or business goals are using the SWOT analysis and the left side of the Goal Sheet.
Design what your future goals, either near-term or long term are.
Do consider resources you have and skills needed to help you progress from A to B.
Meet the Author
Hi, I’m Cassandra
I am Cassandra Moody, the coach who helps professional women overwhelmed with competing priorities who engineer visionary change to achieve peace and fulfillment.
I’ve been stressed, stuck, burnt-out, and exhausted. I’ve felt undervalued, underappreciated, and unable to please everyone.
So, I took the engineering problem-solving skills I’d been employing in my decade-long career at a premier private oil and gas company in Houston, and applied them to my life. The result of many years of pain, sweat, tears, and some blood too, is now something I share.
Finally, I applied the ADD Process to my life, I was able to realize peace and fulfillment, no matter the chaos surrounding me! Now, I actually enjoy–love, really– the life I have engineered, and I want to help you find a peaceful life you enjoy too.
