Cassandra K. Moody, M.S., P.E.
President & Principal Engineer
Cassandra Moody is an innovative engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in integrity management, regulatory compliance, and risk-informed solutions. As the founder of Time For Change Engineering, she specializes in developing and optimizing Integrity Management Programs (IMP), guiding clients through PHMSA audits, and integrating AI-driven approaches to challenge conventional practices. Cassandra holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Genetics from Texas A&M University and a master’s in environmental engineering from the University of Houston. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Daniel De Clute-Melancon, MBA
Senior Engineer
With over 30 years of experience, Daniel De Clute-Melancon is a data-driven engineering leader focused on operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. He leads key customer projects and transformation initiatives at Time For Change Engineering. His background includes managing turbine generator design at Marine Turbine Technologies and driving performance improvements at Weatherford and Halliburton. Daniel holds a mechanical engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Dr. Gautam K. Agrawala, P.E.
Senior Engineer
Dr. Gautam Agrawala is a passionate leader with over 30 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) engineering. He specializes in regulatory negotiations, environmental permitting, and process safety management. At Time For Change Engineering, he leads capital projects and operational transformations. Gautam holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a B.E. from Mysore University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Leslie A. Ward
Senior Engineer
Leslie Ward has over 35 years of experience in the oil refining, gas, and petrochemical industries, specializing in mechanical integrity and project management. She has developed a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM), with a focus on implementing API standards to help companies achieve zero failures. With her expertise in facility management, she helps support project execution and consulting.
Chelsea La Salle, M.S.
Junior Engineer
Chelsea La Salle is a mechanical engineer dedicated to advancing sustainability in oil and gas through efficient design and responsible engineering. At Time For Change Engineering, she leads regulatory compliance initiatives and develops Python-based tools for AI-driven data analysis. Chelsea earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and is preparing for her Engineering in Training (EIT) certification in Texas.
Tommy Precht
Business Development Manager
Tommy Precht is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in construction, repair systems, and pipeline integrity solutions. He builds strategic relationships at Time For Change Engineering and delivers practical field solutions. Tommy has led product development at Allan Edwards and was a foundational team member at Armor Plate, pioneering composite repair systems. He currently serves on the executive board of the Louisiana Pipelines Association and Jefferson Davis Electric Co-Op.
